What You'll Do Lead the design, development, and iteration of technical features across multiple projects. Build high-performing solutions with clear documentation and comprehensive test coverage. Collaborate with external partners to understand technical requirements, improve existing systems, and deliver better services. Work in agile teams, partnering with data scientists, product managers, designers, and other experts to deliver impactful solutions. Prioritize data security and follow best practices in every aspect of solution development. Share knowledge within the team through code reviews, pair programming, and collaborative learning sessions. Stay informed about the latest trends in software engineering and integrate innovative approaches into your work. What We're Looking For Proven experience (2 years) in software development, including expertise in Python, Django, and JavaScript. Proficiency in version control systems like Git and experience collaborating within a development team. Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Experience building new solutions or enhancing legacy systems to deliver improved outcomes. Familiarity with agile development processes and the full software development lifecycle. Desirable Skills Experience working on public and social sector projects or knowledge of secure development practices. Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Heroku.
