Senior Account Manager (EMEA)– Full-Time – Remote. Heaven Media is a leading creative marketing agency that specializes in the video game & tech industries. The Role: This is a unique opportunity to work with a rising marketing agency with a focus on the gaming and technology industry. The job will require adaptability, a keen understanding of the Gaming industry, Gaming market and a knowledge of the PC & Console Technology landscape. The candidate will be expected to manage key accounts in line with industry best practices with a focus on account retention and growth. Main Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships based on trust and mutual respect. Understand clients' business objectives and develop strategic plans to achieve them through our services. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects and campaigns according to client needs and objectives. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on project status, performance metrics, and upcoming opportunities. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations to clients. Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed. Essential Skills & Experience Required: Significant experience in an account management role, preferably within a marketing agency or related industry. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and demonstrating an ability to grow an account over time. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and strategies to clients and internal teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for the gaming and tech industry is desirable. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
