Conveyancing Solicitor

Position: Conveyancing Solicitor Location: Stirling, Grangemouth, and Linlithgow Experience: 2 Years PQE Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join a dynamic team across the offices in Stirling, Grangemouth, and Linlithgow. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a solid background in residential conveyancing, looking to further develop their career in a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion. Advising clients on all aspects of residential property law, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leases. Drafting and reviewing legal documentation, including contracts, deeds, and transfer of title. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other legal professionals. Conducting property searches and overseeing the completion of property transactions. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and procedures. Providing a high standard of client care and ensuring clear communication throughout the process. Managing time efficiently and working to deadlines to ensure smooth transactions. Key Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing. A strong understanding of property law and residential transactions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied caseload. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of relevant legal systems and processes, including using case management software. A client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Desirable: Experience in handling high-value or complex residential property transactions. Ability to manage a team or mentor junior staff members.
