As an O&M Portfolio Manager, you will ensure high-quality customer service, manage client expectations, and oversee the performance of solar assets, all while gaining valuable expertise in the renewable energy sector. Main Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring contractual obligations are met and performance standards maintained. Communicate regularly with asset owners, providing updates, impact assessments, and hosting periodic performance meetings. Collaborate with internal teams to monitor and enhance solar farm performance, addressing issues and implementing optimisations. Coordinate site visits for inspections, client tours, and issue resolution, including liaising with landowners as needed. Prepare and deliver proposals to clients, aimed at improving asset performance and efficiency. We're looking for Proven experience in client relations, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and relationships simultaneously. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Strong ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and perform under pressure. Flexibility, willingness to learn, and a team-orientated mindset. Knowledge of renewable energy and asset management is a strong advantage.
