Optimise plant performance and develop maintenance systems. What you’ll be doing: Scheduling and managing mechanical maintenance for systems like boilers, turbines, and pumps. Setting up and developing the site’s Computerised Maintenance Management System. Ensuring safety compliance with PSSR, LOLER, and PUWER standards. Managing the stores and rectifying performance shortfalls in collaboration with operations. What we want from you: HNC or higher in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience). Leadership experience with knowledge of Safe Systems of Work. Expertise in mechanical systems within industries like Power Generation, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemicals.
