We’re working with a fast-growing, data-driven B2B tech demand generation company that helps marketers achieve their goals by delivering high-quality leads. For nearly a decade, they have become a trusted partner, providing scalable, full-funnel solutions that drive engagement and deliver results. The Role We’re recruiting for an experienced Account Director with a proven track record in selling lead generation solutions to tech companies and agencies across EMEA. You’ll focus on building new business relationships while also managing a small portfolio of key accounts. Key Responsibilities: • Develop creative and customized solutions that meet client needs. • Drive revenue growth through consultative selling to corporate clients. • Manage sales cycles and client relationships independently. • Continuously improve sales techniques and processes. • Stay motivated and consistently exceed revenue targets. What We’re Looking For: • 3 years of experience in B2B sales, especially in lead generation solutions. • Strong knowledge of the tech sector and the challenges it faces. • A strategic thinker with a solution-focused approach. • Self-motivated and passionate about delivering results.
