As the Senior Technical Coordinator, responsibilities will include: Coordinating all Technical Information Checking and Approving Drawings Liaising with all Key Stakeholders Attending Progress Meetings Preparing and Monitoring of Technical Specifications Managing External Consultants Liaising with other departments Applicants must have previous experience working on the delivery of residential projects and possess an up-to-date knowledge of UK building regulations.
