We are looking for a gritty and ambitious individual for the position of Account Executive to join a successful global scale-up that is expanding their UK business unit. My client is a scale-up software company that is revolutionizing the industrial sector with their AI capabilities allowing businesses to manage their utilities across buildings. They have seen huge, global success and are now looking for an experienced con-tech seller to join. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting: Prospect, generate and qualify new opportunities and build a healthy pipeline Closing: Own the entire sales process from end to end (from prospecting to qualifying to negotiating and closing) Relationship build: Maintain strong and long-lasting relationships within the eco-system. Account Management: Own and be on top of the day to day running of your territory by accurately forecasting, excellent admin hygiene and have a clear strategic plan. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven Commercial Success: Experience in a B2B Commercial role within SaaS (AEC) with a track record of achieving targets Industry Experience: We are looking for someone that has experience in the construction world - have you sold to general contractors before? Start-Up Experience: Demonstrated ability to work in a scaling environment. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to pivot quickly and adapt to changing market conditions. Additionally flexible to travel as needed.
