CNC Mill-Turn (Nights)Location: NottinghamSalary: £34,000 - £42,000 Per Annum (Dependent On Experience)Shifts: Mon to Wed: 8pm-6am, Thurs 10pm-5:30am, 37.5 hours weekly.Job Type: PermanentBenefits: 25 days annual leave (plus statutory) Comprehensive pension plan and life assurance scheme social activities for all employees (BBQ, Golf, Christmas parties, etc.)The Company:A well-established and growing precision engineering group and global manufacturer operating in a variety of Complex Markets including but not limited to the Aerospace, Defence, Automotive and Medical industries.The CNC Turner Role:Due to continued growth into new sectors and expansion of their largest contracts, the company is undergoing a recruitment drive of up to 20 new permanent CNC engineers to fulfil existing and future order books.Duties and Responsibilities:Setting and Operating one of the following machinesMazak Qt10, SQT200 and 250, Nexus, Utilising Mazatrol programs on TPlus,640T Controls. QT2ooMB 3 Axis using the latest Smooth Technology control.The Mazak machines are mainly Mazatrol programs but do utilize ISO programs as well.3-5 Axis CNC.Flexibility required in relation to operating more than one machine.Work to achieve set production times and targets.The Candidate:Mazatrol or Fanuc control experienceMechanical Apprentice trained or qualified by experience.3-5 Axis Experience.Good written and verbal communication.Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task, with guidance and supervision.Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
