Ocean Import Coordinator Ipswich Salary – (DOE) Shift Pattern: Monday- Friday Job type: Permanent A fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded Logistics company offering a full range of logistics and freight services globally. You will be responsible for managing the importation of clients' products from various industries across the world via sea and ocean. Handling day-to-day Import ocean freight operations and customs processes Building and maintaining client relations for continued business Coordinating final mile delivery requirements with third-party suppliers and in-house team Providing general customs advice and creating customs and import ocean documents. Requirements Experience working in Sea freight - Imports start to finish. 2-3 years’ experience working in a similar position working for a freight forwarder- Essential Knowledge of customs would be a bonus. Understanding of AEO procedures, Bills of Lading, Inco Terms, and general customs compliance Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Customer service experience
