Conference & Events Manager Up to £40,000 Bonus | Ipswich | Hybrid (3 Days On-site, 2 WFH) Are you an experienced Conference and Events Manager with a passion for delivering seamless, impactful events? Join a leading Ipswich-based company as their Conference & Events Manager, where you’ll take charge of planning and executing high-profile corporate and social events. You MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience with Off Venue Events/3rd Party What You’ll Do: Lead the end-to-end management of all company events, from planning to delivery Streamline processes to ensure efficient, on-budget event execution Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best value Collaborate with internal teams to align events with business goals Oversee logistics, ensuring smooth operations from venue selection to event dayWhat You’ll Bring: 5 years of experience delivering large-scale events Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage an events team Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple events Top-notch negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management A degree in Events Management (Project Management qualifications a plus)Interested?
