Architect Location: Manchester Salary: £35,000 - £50,000, dependant on experience We are excited to offer an opportunity for a talented Mid-Senior level Architect to join a leading Architecture firm based in Manchester. Renowned for delivering exceptional hospitality and residential projects, this is an excellent chance for AutoCAD and/or Revit experts to work with an established practice while advancing your career. The successful candidate will be collaborating with esteemed clients in the UK, Europe and USA, on innovative multi million pound projects. This opportunity is perfect for Manchester based Architects, Project Architects and Senior Architects, with extensive experience working at RIBA Stages 4 and 5 on hospitality or residential projects. Revit and/or AutoCAD, plus technical design experience are a must for this role. We are looking for: Architects Project Architects Senior Architects Package £30,000-£55,000, dependant on experience Hybrid working Generous holiday Pension scheme Career progression opportuntiies Permanent and contract roles available Office Hours: 9-5, Monday to Friday Central Manchester Duties Technical delivery of projects, focusing on RIBA Stages 4-5. Create high-quality technical drawings and models using Revit and AutoCAD. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional project outcomes. Oversee and coordinate project timelines Contribute technical expertise to the development and execution of complex residential and hospitality architectural projects. Requirements Degree qualified in Architecture and ARB registered Proven technical experience in RIBA Stages 4-5. Strong Revit and/or AutoCAD user Confident in preparing detailed technical drawings and documentation. Strong portfolio of previous proven work
