11 Teaching Assistant

This role is working with a pupil who has additional learning needs, so experience within this field would be beneficial. You will be based within Key stage 2 on a long term basis, the pupil is in Year five and has Austism, he requieres addtional support thorughout the day. if the needs withing the school change the position may change to an alternative year group. This role will require the candidate to work full time and must be able to commit to the entire academic year, in order to provide continuity for the pupil. CONTRACT DETAILS Location - Knowsley Position - 1:1 Teaching Assistant Type of work - Teaching Assistant Contract or position start date - ASAP Duration / Likely Duration - Full Academic year Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Temporary Full time/part time - Full time Minimum rate of pay - GBP 85.00 daily. Hours - 8:30 am - 3:30pm EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Education Workforce Council (EWC) Membership Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (we can assist) Experience as a support worker or teaching assistant TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related references ADZN1_UKTJ
