Site Manager – Charlton– Industrial Warehouse Refurbishment Our client are a leading contractor with sites in and around London and Surrey, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage an Industrial Project in Charlton. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing daily site activities to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget. Managing subcontractors and ensuring high standards of workmanship. Maintaining health and safety compliance at all times. Reporting progress to senior management and addressing any site challenges promptly. Requirements: Proven experience in managing industrial refurbishment projects. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
