Senior Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Refurbishment Location: Newcastle office Contract Type: Hybrid (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm) Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Social Housing Planned work - Refurbishment As a Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Project QS, you will play a crucial role in our Social Housing Planned works programme, working both remotely and on-site with an inclusive and supportive team. In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining and evaluating information to ensure realistic costs for designated refurbishment projects. You will work closely with contractors, suppliers, and clients to meet project requirements, sharing your expertise with our Assistant Quantity Surveyor. You must be highly skilled in JCT and Measure Term Contracts, with exceptional attention to detail and communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and a full UK driving licence is required as travel is expected for this position.
