Job Description
Responsible Care Executive required on a permanent basis; home based. Requiring recent proven experience in Health & Safety/Process Safety/Sustainability/Regulatory/Environmental Management. Will require travel to customer sites, and monthly travel to a London office. Title: Responsible Care Executive Location: Home based (Travel to customer sites and monthly to the London office) Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Term: Permanent SRG are working with a UK organisation who are advisories to the Chemicals industry. They are currently seeking to hire a Responsible Care Executive to join their team on a permanent basis, who will be home based. The successful candidate will be required to travel to the London office monthly, as well as to various customer sites across the UK. This exciting role will include demonstrating knowledge across several areas of interesting within the Chemicals industry, delivering continuous improvement programmes and regular communications to a range of wider companies. A range of experience can be considered for this role, and it would suit candidates with recent, proven industrial experience within chemical manufacturing (maybe consultancy) including health & safety, environmental safety, process safety, environmental management, chemical regulations, continuous improvement, sustainability, resource efficiency and/or product stewardship. This is a great opportunity to develop and build on your career, utilising skills and experience from Chemical manufacturing sites in a different capacity. This is a home-based role, with regular travel to customer sites as well as a monthly visit to the London office. Role/Description Plan, facilitate and deliver virtual and in-person programmes across several areas of the interest in the Chemicals Industry including: Health & Safety Process Safety Chemical Regulations Environmental Management Sustainability Resource Efficiency Communicating with regulatory bodies when necessary Contributing to and building specialist networks/working groups Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders Keeping up to date and building on news, adjustments and news within the Chemicals IndustryRequirements Recent, proven industrial experience on a Chemical manufacturing site An interest in supporting the Chemicals industry and a large number of chemical manufacturers Keen to learn, develop and improve own knowledge and skillsIf you would like to apply for this position, please use the link provided.
