We are currently recruiting personnel at all levels in the Thetford & Mildenhall areas, who are qualified/skilled/experienced We are looking for an experienced Skilled Trades, Semi Skilled, Ops Fabricator TIG MIG Welder Supervisor or Charge Hand Workimg on fabrication of sheet metal, plate, angle, box, tube. Also supervising small team of welders to enusre their work is completed safely, to qc specs, to schedule. Fabricator TIG MIG Welder Workimg on fabrication of sheet metal, plate, angle, box, tube. Welder TIG working on varied light & heavier gauge jobs, working from drawings, on the fabrication of sheet metal panels, tubing, frames, supports etc Welding to high spec using TIG mainly. Ideally able to weld using MIG as well Welder MIG working on varied structural jobs, working from drawings, on the fabrication of frames, supports etc Welding to high spec using MIG on mainly. Production Welder - Basic MIG welding of metal components. Must have some MIG welding skills, but trainees also considered Fabricators working on measuring, marking out, cutting, prepping metal box, tube, angle, frames for specialised work. Using Gas Cutters, Saws, Grinders, Drills Semi Skilled Fabricators - cutting, prepping metal box, tube, angle, frames for specialised work. Grinding/Polishing up sheet metal & steel plate. Using Gas Cutters, Saws, Grinders, Drills. Assisting Fabricators & Sheet Metal Workers with their work when required. Sheet Metal Workers working on measuring, marking out, cutting, prepping sheet metal frames for specialised work. Able to use guillotines, saws, press etc. Key Qual Certs or Cards Should ideally be qualified to C&G or NVQ in Engineering or Sheet Metal Work or Welding & Fabrication CNC Machinery experience ideally Amada & Trumpf Machines Hours 0700 to 1530 plus extra normally to 1700 Mon to Fri Term 6 to 18 weeks contract roles pos perm roles Pay Rates Welder Fabricators, Sheet Metal Workers £17 per hr depending on skills/quals MIG Welders £15 per rh Key Qual Certs or Cards Should ideally be qualified to C&G or NVQ in Welding Fabrication or Sheet Metal Work Please send your CV in Word, due to the high level of applicants, we will not be taking telephone calls, so please email us and we will get back to you by email asap
