SEN Teaching Assistant Position: Supply SEN Teaching Assistant Location: South East London Contract: Flexible, Daily Supply & Short-Term Roles Schedule: Term Time Only (Monday-Friday) Pay: £95 per day Start Date: Immediate/ January 2025 Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Supply SEN Teaching Assistants to support our client schools in South East London. About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Work on a flexible, day-to-day basis in local schools. Support children with diverse SEN needs, including Autism, Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH), Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), and Learning Difficulties. Collaborate with teachers and school staff to create a nurturing learning environment. Adapt your approach to suit individual needs and help children achieve their potential. Requirements : Our ideal Supply SEN Teaching Assistant will: Have experience or qualifications in supporting children with SEN. Possess recent experience in a school setting. Hold a current Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one. Be adaptable, proactive, and ready to step into new roles confidently.
