About You: The ideal candidate would have: Qualifications: A degree in English or a related field, and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience: Proven experience in teaching English at the secondary level, with a track record of excellent student outcomes. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate both staff and students. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with all members of the school community.
