Neighbourhood Officer - Liverpool - 3 month temp We are seeking an experienced Neighbourhood Officer in Liverpool on a temporary contract, paying up to £24ph with mileage reimbursement and hybrid working. Your new role General housing & tenancy management within assigned patch including void management, allocations, lettings and sign ups Managing low level ASB and neighbour disputes Managing allocations and lettings service using Property Pool Plus Responding to general queries and complaints from tenants Working with specialist ASB and Income Officers to tackle ongoing tenancy issues Estate management What you'll need to succeed Experience in a Housing/Neighbourhood Officer role, overseeing a patch of over 200 properties Experience in allocations/lettings and use of Property Pool Plus Driving licence with access to own vehicle and valid business insurance What you'll get in return Weekly pay Hourly rates up to £24ph Option to be paid via PAYE or Umbrella Mileage reimbursement Hybrid working What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
