People Partner Walthamstow Contract £42.50 per hour Our client is looking for an experienced People Partner. Looking for people with excellent business partnering and significant change experience. Extremely experienced as a People Partner. Unfortunately, we're not accepting CVs from candidates that are not currently in this role or current roles like Snr HR Advisor, HR Advisor etc. This will be a timebound role so require someone that will be able to hit the ground running. The People Partner will be the key advisor to Senior Managers. This role will provide strategic and operational advice and direction to the senior management teams within their designated areas. Looking for people with business partnering and significant change experience They will manage the work of the rest of the advisers, overseeing the allocation of case work, supervising advisors and ensuring that the Council’s people strategy targets are achieved at an operational level. To lead and manage staff in resolving complex employee relations issues that create significant risk to the Council and/or instructs or strongly influences those leading those issue on the appropriate approach including advising and leading at JCC’s and ensuring that the Council meets its obligations in terms of consultation with staff, the trade unions, and other affected stakeholders.
