Job Title: Computer Science Teacher Location: South Birmingham Salary: £120 - £250 per day. Dependent on experience .Contract Type: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM Start Date: January Start About them: We are working on behalf of a secondary school located in Birmingham. It is a very warm and lovely school, it has been rated "Good" by Ofsted. Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Computer Science Teacher to join their lovely team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. You will inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential and develop a love for Computer Science. Key responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and productive space. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience teaching Computer Science at secondary school level. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Computer Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
