12-month Contract -Billings Administrator Holt, upto £29,000 (Full Time) Keeler Recruitment are delighted to have partnered with this prestigious organisation who are looking to appoint a Billings Administrator on a contract basis for 12 months, ideally for someone to join them by January 2024. You will be joining a small finance team, reporting to Finance Director on a day-to-day basis, working onsite and full time hours. The position will involve supporting with: Maintaining billings accounts and ensure all information is accurate Process any adjustments Reconciling to nominal ledger Reconciling month end Chase up overdue debts and creating aged debt reports Processing direct debits Reconcile leavers accounts Processing bank reconciliation Ideal candidate must have current proven experience gained within a similar role, AAT Qualified or equivalent, knowledge of Xero/Sage/Ernie or similar accounting package. This is an excellent opportunity to join this friendly and support team, on a full time basis, onsite parking (own transport is essential) and daily free lunch and 1 hour lunch break.
