Contract Role: Associate DevOps Team Lead Rate: £700/day Inside IR35 Location: London-based, hybrid (2-3 days on-site) Clearance: SC clearance required Length: 12 months We are seeking an experienced Associate DevOps Team Lead to deliver secure, scalable technical solutions in a Central Government environment. You'll lead a team of engineers, manage technical implementations, and ensure alignment with security requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Solution Design: Create secure, scalable solutions aligned with business needs. • Technical Oversight: Write and review implementation plans, manage incidents, and perform root cause analysis. • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage engineers while collaborating with stakeholders. • Expertise: Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Vault, database management, and application deployment. • Security: Ensure compliance with organisational policies and proactively address risks.
