Job Specification: School Caretaker R9 Recruitment are curently recruiting on behalf of a Property Maintenance Client who are in need of a Premises Manager for a Secondary School. Working Hours: - Split Shift: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM Start Date: - Monday, 6th January 2025 Key Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance and management of the premises. Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors. Conduct regular inspections of the facilities. Manage budgets and supplies for maintenance needs. Respond to emergencies and resolve issues promptly. Requirements: Enhanced DBS certificate is mandatory. Previous experience in premises management or a similar role. Excellent communication abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
