What You’ll Be Doing • Leading Pre-Sales Efforts: Identify opportunities, build relationships, and craft winning proposals to drive sales growth. • Scoping & Framing Challenges: Collaborate with C-Level stakeholders to define and deliver projects covering strategy, prototyping, testing, and implementation. • Managing Project Pipelines: Own pre-sales activities, including workshops, client engagement, and strategic planning. • Driving Innovation: Develop and enhance offerings for the automotive and banking sectors, working alongside industry experts. • Building Relationships: Foster strong client partnerships while expanding your internal and external network. What You’ll Need • Proven Pre-Sales Expertise: A track record of creating and closing high-value RFx proposals in a design consultancy or agency environment. • Relationship Building Skills: Demonstrable experience acquiring and maintaining client relationships. • Design Leadership: Expertise in managing large design programs, from strategy to agile development. • Innovative Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and deliver cutting-edge ideas in a structured, pragmatic way. • Tech Awareness: Familiarity with trends such as AI, AR/VR, and voice assistants. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with: • Strong stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior clients. • A passion for solving complex challenges with systemic, analytical, and creative approaches. • Knowledge of automotive and banking industry trends.
