Secondary Cover Supervisor

Cover Supervisor Location: Coventry Daily Rate: £100 - 125 Per Day. Days: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm Start Date: January 25 Benefits - OFSTED Rated GOOD School | Free On-Site Parking | Regular CPD Available Ling Term Futures is currently working alongside a Secondary School based in Coventry who are looking to appoint a cover supervisor to start September, for a long-term contract covering until July 2025. The right candidate will support the school by covering teacher absences throughout the day. Roles & Responsibilities: Providing general support to the school and its pupils Supervise and lead classes under guidance and instructions set by the teacher Communicate with the teacher, providing feedback and updates on student progression and behaviour Maintain effective classroom management, ensuring that behaviour is in line with school expectations Be motivated and ambitious with a goal to support children to reach their full potential Attending weekly CPD sessions within school training programme Candidate Requirements: A relevant degree or equivalent qualification Previous experience within a secondary school setting A passion for supporting students to learn and develop Experience as a cover supervisor is desirable, however experienced teaching assistant's are encouraged to apply If you feel you would be a good fit for this role, please upload your CV via the application page, you will be contacted by Josh at LTF Recruitment to discuss the next steps if successful.
