Interim Financial Reporting Manager

Your new company Award winning multi-revenue stream Liverpool business, recruiting an Interim Financial Reporting Accountant for 8 months conrtract. Your new role Reporting to the Finance Director and managing a small team duties will include: Responsible for all aspects of the Group's financial control environment Responsible for the integrity of the Group's balance sheet including the month-end close process and balance sheet reconciliation Responsible for the Group's consolidated management accounts Responsible for all external reporting including control of year-end statutory accounts preparation and liaison with external auditors Oversight of transactional areas of finance, including ledgers across group companies Responsible for improvement in finance process efficiency and controls through automation and optimising current systems What you'll need to succeed ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with good technical statutory accounting and team management skills. You'll be available to start at short notice. What you'll get in return Initial 8-month contract with the potential to get extended or turn permanent. Competitive FTC salary or day rate equivalent.
