As a Pupil Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting pupils to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include: Providing tailored support to individual pupils or small groups. Assisting with the implementation of Education Health Care Plans (EHCP) Supporting children with additional learning needs, ensuring they feel included and valued. Promoting positive behaviour and helping to create an inclusive learning environment. Collaborating with teachers and other staff to deliver engaging and effective lessons. Have previous experience in a similar role or a strong desire to work in education. Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills. Hold a relevant qualification or are willing to undertake training. Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
