Carpenter

We have a role working for a local authority completing day to day reactive maintenance repairs in occupied domestic properties. Responsibilities for the Carpenter role: Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties. Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers. Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair. Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
