3D Printing Technician

A leader in designing and manufacturing patient-specific medical devices focusing on improving surgical outcomes by producing anatomical models, surgical cutting guides, and custom implants. Key Responsibilities: Operate and manage 3D printers (SLA, PolyJet, and FDM) to produce high-quality patient-specific devices. Optimize builds by determining model positioning, support placement, and post-processing needs. Maintain and calibrate printers, ensuring seamless operation and compliance with ISO standards. Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to fulfill production needs. Contribute to ongoing projects and attend quarterly company workshops. Qualifications: Demonstrable experience with FDM, SLA, and PolyJet 3D printing technologies. 1-2 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in medical devices. Familiarity with 3D CAD design for precision products (preferred). Understanding of human anatomy and quality systems like ISO 9001/13485 (advantageous). Strong project management and communication skills
