Chartered Building Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Building Surveyor to join a property consultancy based in the heart of London. Key Responsibilities: Conducting detailed building surveys and inspections, preparing reports on the condition of properties. Managing the maintenance and repair works of various commercial and residential properties. Assisting with project management and overseeing refurbishments and fit-outs. Providing expert advice on property-related matters, including statutory compliance and building regulations. Engaging with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery to the highest standards. Key Requirements: Recently qualified Building Surveyor (MRICS). Strong knowledge of building regulations, health and safety, and property law. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects effectively.
