Job Description: Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for the Order Management module. Design and document functional specifications, workflows, and process improvements. Configure and customize the ServiceNow Order Management module to meet business needs. Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to enhance system functionality. Provide support and training to end-users on the Order Management module. Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure system reliability and performance. Monitor and maintain the Order Management module , addressing any issues or enhancements. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on ServiceNow and Order Management. Strong understanding of Order Management processes and best practices. Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including configuration and customization. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ServiceNow certification is a plus.
