Job Title: Transport Planner - EC Location: Eastern Cape, Amatole District, Berlin Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Logistics, Procurement, Distribution and Supply Chain Secondary Industry: Environmental and Waste Job Duties: Plan and coordinate transportation activities Develop efficient routes for transportation Ensure timely delivery of goods Monitor and track transportation vehicles Collaborate with suppliers and clients to optimise transportation processes Prepare reports on transportation activities Required Qualifications: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field Proven experience in transport planning Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Education: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field Experience: Proven experience in transport planning Knowledge and Skills: In-depth understanding of transportation operations Familiarity with transportation management systems Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management Experience in environmental and waste management Working Conditions: This role involves working in an office environment, with occasional visits to transportation sites.
