Head of Finance

Key Responsibilities: Oversee Finance Function: Manage financial operations, reporting, compliance, and team leadership. Strategic Planning & Analysis: Prepare budgets, track performance, and provide actionable insights. Audit & Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and successful audit processes. Cash Flow & Risk Management: Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and mitigate risks. Drive Process Improvements: Enhance financial and operational processes for efficiency and accuracy. Minimum Requirements: Professional accountancy qualification (CA preferred) or extensive Finance Director experience. 10 years of financial management experience, ideally in engineering.
