Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct SHE inspections and first aid box checks. Organise and maintain electronic records on SharePoint. Manage supplier and customer safety files, including audits. Coordinate building repairs and maintenance with suppliers. Schedule employee training and annual medicals. Handle general administration tasks. Share weekly safety updates and maintain SHEQ notice boards. Requirements: Familiarity with SHEQ processes or willingness to learn quickly. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint (or the ability to adapt to electronic systems swiftly). Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
