SAP SD Consultant - Implementation & Support

Key Responsibilities : - Lead and/or participate in all phases of SAP SD implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP SD. - Design and configure SAP SD modules, including Order Management (standard, consignment, third party), Contract -Management, Call Offs, Supply Assignment, Outbound Delivery, Pricing, and Returns. - Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Provide post-implementation support and maintenance for SAP SD solutions. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of fashion industry business processes and challenges. - Leverage industry best practices and experience to optimize SAP SD configurations for fashion-specific requirements. - Advise clients on best practices for order management, fulfillment, and customer service within the fashion industry. - Experience with SAP AFS (Apparel and Footwear Solutions), FMS (Fashion Management Solution), or S/4HANA for Fashion. - Strong understanding of SAP SD integration points with other SAP modules (MM, PP, FI-CO). - Experience with integrating SAP SD with external warehouse management systems. - Good knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and user experience within the context of SAP SD. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (business users, project managers, technical consultants). - Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. - Prepare project documentation, including functional specifications, design documents, and test scripts. Qualifications & Experience : Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : - 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP SD. - 5 years of experience in the fashion industry (preferred). - At least 1-2 full-cycle implementations of SAP ERP projects. Skills : Essential : - In-depth knowledge of SAP SD configuration, including all core modules and industry-specific enhancements. - Strong understanding of SAP best practices for order-to-cash processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with Agile project methodologies. Preferred : - Experience with SAP S/4HANA for Fashion. - Experience with SAP Fiori applications and user experience design. - SAP certifications (SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Sales) (ref:hirist.tech)
