Litigation Attorney

LHH is partnering with a law firm in search of litigation focused attorneys to assist on a long term project. This project is a remote opportunity that will require EST hours. The ideal candidate is licensed in the state they reside and in good standing. Prior litigation experience is a must as you will handle all aspects of litigation defense for major financial clientele. This is W2 contracted role. Responsibilities: Draft pleadings, discovery responses, briefs and other supporting documents that are relevant Handle heavy client communication written and verbal Negotiate settlements Work with local and outside counsel Document review work Qualifications: Ability to work in a fast paced environment Prompt problem solver and team player Exceptional communication skills Excellent writing abilities Bar License in good standing JD from an accredited law school Prior experience handling litigation matters for financial matters is a plus Competitive Compensation DOE Equal Opportunity Employer
