Job Opportunity: Experienced Telehandler Operator Location: Canary Wharf, London Duration: Extremely Long-Term (Starting Immediately) Rate: £18.90 per hour (CIS/UTR) About the Role: We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telehandler Operator to join our dynamic team for a prestigious long-term project in Canary Wharf. This role is critical to the smooth operation of our construction site, where you will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of materials using a telehandler. Key Responsibilities: Telehandler Operation: Safely operate the telehandler to transport materials across the construction site, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols. Site Support: Work closely with site managers and construction teams to facilitate timely delivery and placement of materials. Equipment Maintenance: Conduct daily checks and routine maintenance of the telehandler to ensure it remains in excellent working condition. Safety Compliance: Maintain high standards of health and safety, ensuring compliance with all site regulations and procedures. Requirements: CPCS Telehandler Ticket: Must possess a valid Blue CPCS Telehandler ticket, demonstrating proficiency and compliance with industry standards. Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. Safety Critical Medical Certificate: Required to ensure fitness for operating heavy machinery in a construction environment. Experience: Proven experience as a telehandler operator on large-scale construction projects is highly desirable. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety and operational efficiency.
