M&E Small Works Manager

Company - FM division (£6m T/O) of a Leeds based group of M&E companies who have a total turnover of c£100m. FM client base includes managing agents, gyms, commercial office units and FM providers. The Role - As a small works contact manager, you will manage projects £10k to £500k which will include the replacement of boilers and associate pipework and / or air-conditioning units, lighting replacements and small power upgrades for commercial and leisure clients in Yorkshire, the North West and North East. You will manage direct trades and also sub-contract labour and manage projects from initial enquiry to hand over. You will be client facing, be involved with pricing and negotiating works. The Person - You will have a mechanical or electrical background and have experience of managing small works in a commercial Facilities Management environment. Salary - c£55k 4%/4% pension 27 days holiday stats car / allowance c£6k
