Position: Externals Senior Site Manager (Groundworks/Frame/Facade) – Luxury Residential – North London Location: North London Salary: To £85,000 Package Company Overview: Our client is a leading main contractor working in the residential sector in London. They have recently secured a prime residential contract in North London delivering 121 bed private care home and 9 super prime apartments. The project will have 9 storeys and a single storey basement. This is a high specification, prestigious scheme. Position: Reporting to a Project Manager, my client requires a Senior Site Manager to manage all Externals from piling and RC Frame through to intricate brickwork facade on the 9 storey development. Individual: The successful individual will ideally come from an engineering background and have management experience. You should be able to drive programme and manage sub-contractors.
