Construction Officer - Compliance

We are currently recruiting for an Construction Officer - Compliance at Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council Salary: £18.75 Hours: 37 Working Schedule: Monday to Friday Role: 8 Month Location: NP23 6DN You will be responsible for Arranging and managing all the statutory testing surveys for the authorities’ buildings, to ensure full compliance with the regulations, (e.g. Asbestos re-inspections, mansafe system testing, safety glazing surveys, roller shutter doors and automatic doors servicing etc). We require someone who is able to manage all the statutory testing in all our council owned buildings, we have frameworks that you can use to award the work to the required contractors.
