Role: Electrical Maintenance Engineer Salary: £50-51k Overtime Location: Wakefield Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off days and nights Holidays: 23 shift holidays Benefits: OTE up to £55k 5% employer pension Excellent accredited conversion training The Company ATA have partnered with the UK’s leading manufacturer supplying into the biggest names within the build and construction sectors. They have just moved to a brand new fully automated sight which was completed last April. My client are growing and are now recruiting for an electrical maintenance engineer. As the maintenance engineer you will be working on automated kit alongside a team of multi skilled engineers operating a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. They are looking for a maintenance engineer who has as ambitions to progress within the engineering sector and become an asset to their company. The Role As the electrical maintenance engineer, your responsibilities will include: Conducting planned and preventive maintenance on automated and complex machinery Fault finding on electrical and mechanical components including contactors, invertors, relays, bearings, rollers and much more Maintain levels of critical spares Control calibration records Requirements As the electrical maintenance engineer, our client requires: NVQ level 3 apprenticeship (or equivalent) in electrical engineering Good understanding of fault finding both mechanically and electrically Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment Previous experience in working in a automated factory is highly desirable although not essential The Benefits: In the role of the electrical maintenance engineer, you should expect: Being part of an aspiring team in a £multimillion-pound market leading business Attractive salary of anywhere between £50-51k Training to become multi skilled, they offer paid accredited training by external colleges to give you a conversion training in another engineering discipline Plenty of overtime to boost your annual income, realistic OTE of upto £55k Interviews can be arranged immediately, so apply by following the online instructions or sending your CV to .
