The main purpose of the role is to provide customers with a 5-star customer service process and deal efficiently and effectively with any issues they have. Job role: Customer Care Coordinator Salary: £29,000 - £35,000 (Dependant on experience) Duration: Permanent Location: Hampshire Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact with customers Answer calls/queries accurately and consistently Ensure customer details and communication with customers are accurately recorded on CRM system Liaise with Maintenance operatives, sub-contractors, etc Meeting customers face to faceCustomer Service Coordinator Knowledge and skills: Self-motivated. Confident with the ability to communicate. Organised and ability to prioritise. IT skills. Experience working in a similar role within the property sector is essential.
