Due to recent work wins and steady growth, they are seeking to recruit an experience Project Manager or Senior Site Manager to deliver a new build housing development in North Yorkshire Responsibilities include but not limited to; Site build from the inception to handover Health and Safety Ensuring site is completed to time and budget constraints Liaison with client and building control Control and monitoring of sub-contractors Experience / Qualifications; Previous new build housing (timber frame) experience is essential Excellent attention to detail Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget SMSTS CSCS Management First Aid Certificate This is a fantastic opportunity to join a contractor that are committed to the development and growth of their team, encouraging continuous learning and progression
