Principal Designer

A leading Architecture firm is currently seeking a Principal Designer to join their dynamic team in Leeds. An exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial and public projects. The Principal Designer Role You will collaborate with design teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that all projects meet regulatory requirements from inception to completion. You will be involved in managing design risk assessments, preparing pre-construction information (PCI), and overseeing the review of construction phase plans (CPP). The Principal Designer will work on diverse projects throughout the North, offering a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to enhance your career within a supportive environment.
