Pricing Manager

Pricing & Commercial Manager | £45,000-£55,000 | Hybrid This is a fast-paced and rapidly growing private-equity backed Consumer Solutions business. The company operate in the warehousing and distribution sector, and due to a successful 2024, are recruiting a newly created Pricing & Commercial Manager. This is an exciting opportunity based on the M5 corridor, South of Weston-Super-Mare, where you will play a critical role in managing pricing decisions, and owning the customer pricing and system / flexible pricing model to drive revenue growth, customer attraction and retention, and ultimately enhance profitability. Develop and implement pricing strategies and changes to the model, consulting with the Finance Director and Ops Director. Ensure the Dynamic Pricing Model is operating effectively, and providing best outcomes for the business. Act as customer point of contact for pricing, quotations, queries and commercials. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to optimize commercial outcomes and revenue generation. Prepare and present innovative pricing proposals and price management to internal stakeholders. Monitor revenue performance and working closely with finance and the credit function, assist in credit management and revenue / cashflow management Own, develop and administer the pricing system and dynamic pricing model Requirements: Proven experience as a Pricing Manager / Commercial Manager / Contracts Manager / Business Development Manager Strong IT and Analytical skills with a focus on revenue, pricing and profitability. Very strong general commercial acumen, and a sharp understanding of pricing Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. We are open to most sector backgrounds. Warehousing, Logistics, Transportation, Property would be ideal but if you have a strong commercial bias, with experience of managing the pricing / commercial aspects of a business.
