Quantity Surveyor-NEC Contracts Avonmouth, Bristol £45-50K, 26 days leave plus BH 39 Hours, Mon-Fri, Flexible start/end times, Office based role Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with specific experience of NEC 4 Option E contracts looking for a permanent role in the Bristol area? You will working as part of a small team for a sub contractor in the fit out sector. The role is with a well established installation subcontractor company focusing on specialist fit outs and interiors so you will be on main contractor works. The company are renowned for a friendly and supportive working environment and a great reputation with clients. The position is to work throughout the project lifecycle (pre tender, pre-construction, construction, post construction) aiming for a strong commercial outcome on all projects and with a focus on the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) Option E The role Permanent, full time role based in the Bristol area.
