Job Description
HR Administrator required for for a six month fixed term contract. You will work for a well-known government agency and play a vital role in supporting their HR team during a busy and exciting period. Client Details You will be working for a large Government Organisation based in London. Description As an HR Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support across the HR team and their different areas of business during a demanding time, with strong focus on recruitment activity. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates and hiring managers. Managing HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Supporting on-boarding processes for new starters. Facilitating vetting requirements for all staff. Assisting with general HR administrative tasks to ensure the team operates smoothly. Profile The successful HR Administrator will possess the following: Ability to work to deadlines and within defined processes. Good proven communication skills at all levels. Excellent computer skills, including use of Windows based software, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as proven research skills. Experience of working within a team and on own initiative. Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information Job Offer This is an initial six month fixed term contract. You will be required to complete a CTC Security Clearance Hourly rate of £17.90 A hybrid working model, 2-3 days office based.
