An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor / Wills & Probate Solicitor with 5 years’ PQE in Wills, trusts & Probate to join a well-established law firm. This Full-time, Permanent role offers excellent benefits and a starting salary of £45,000. As a Private Client Solicitor / Wills & Probate Solicitor, you will handle complex estates, trusts, and tax planning, provide expert advice, build client relationships, and establish the division as a core service. You will be responsible for: Drafting wills, lasting powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Offering bespoke advice on inheritance tax and estate planning strategies. Managing estate administration, including cases with complex or international aspects. Establishing and overseeing trusts, including family and discretionary trusts. Handling contentious probate matters and disputes over wills. Guiding executors and beneficiaries on their legal obligations. Contributing to the strategic growth of the Wills and Probate department. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Private Client Solicitor, Private Client Lawyer, Probate Solicitor, Probate Lawyer or in a similar role. At least 5 years’ PQE in Wills, trusts & Probate. Strong technical expertise and experience in private client work and estate planning.
